The Support Service for Deaf Children specialise supporting children and young people access education in the Hull area.

The team consists of the team leader, three specialist teachers and specialist teaching assistants.

The IPaSS HI teachers support the inclusion of children with hearing impairments. Once a referral has been accepted, the setting will be contacted and an initial visit arranged.

The team currently supports over 120 children that attend settings in Hull.
